We prefer working on a time and materials basis, where you pay us for the time spent, when the scope isn’t fixed or the project is particularly dynamic. The majority of our UX UI engagements, however, are fixed-price agreements. In this instance, after learning as much as we can about your project, we’ll present you with a comprehensive proposal. The hourly rates and the estimated number of hours per job are used to create all estimates.

Based on the design thinking philosophy, our UI/UX design process enables us to be adaptable to practically any project type and collaboration style. Although every UX UI design project is different, the following fundamental steps are always followed:

Discovery & Research
Typically, we begin by gathering all project material that is already available and setting up UX workshops with your team. We conduct key stakeholder interviews, work together on requirements, generate ideas, and plan the following steps during those sessions. When viable, our UX designers speak with your present or potential consumers to learn about their requirements and problems. In some circumstances, we might need to evaluate your current product to find chances to enhance the user experience. In addition, we will examine similar items, compile references for visual design, and record best practises.

Digital Strategy & Concepts
We create a digital strategy and outline a UX approach to guide our design process based on the discovery and research findings.
